Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of the selected delivery date & time.
- Orders placed outside kitchen operating hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day (or as per your chosen delivery date).
- Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
Delivery Area
- We currently deliver within the city limits (your serviceable zones).
- For addresses outside our primary area, please check availability or place a special delivery request.
- If your location isn’t currently serviceable, our customer support will inform you at the earliest.
Shipping / Delivery Rates
- Delivery charges are calculated based on distance and order size/weight, and will be shown at checkout before you finalize your order.
- Additional charges may apply for express or out-of-zone deliveries.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days
- Express Delivery (if available): within 24 hours (extra charges apply)

Delivery Partners & Tracking
- We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking or status updates.
Delivery Confirmation & Receipt
- You will receive notification once your order is successfully delivered.
- Please ensure someone is present at the address to receive the cake.
- In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier will try contacting you.
Special Instructions
- During checkout, you may leave any specific delivery instructions (e.g. gate codes, landmark, preferred time slot).
- We will accommodate reasonable requests to the best of our ability.
Missing or Damaged Items
- If any items are missing or the cake arrives damaged, please contact us within 6 hours of receipt.
- You may be asked to share clear photos of the condition.
- Upon verification, we will work quickly to resolve the issue (replacement or refund as applicable).
Order Cancellation
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellation may not always be possible.
- Please review your order carefully before placing it.
- Contact us immediately if you need to cancel; we will assess on a case-by-case basis.
